Description

(2.3+) Built by independent developer leap0x7b, this is a specialized, open-source custom community client designed to bring Discord functionality back to vintage, legacy Android devices. Because official modern communication protocols easily overwhelm and block old software structures, the utility funnels messaging data through secondary custom HTTP and gateway proxy servers. It allows retro tech hobbyists and members of the "Android Afterlife" scene to send and receive texts on devices running Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwich. (Note: Because it operates via a middle-man proxy setup using manually extracted account tokens, users should exercise caution to avoid triggering Discord's automated bot/compromised-account detection algorithms).
