Description

(2.3+) Released in 2014 by casual developer Cellie Craze, this is a lightweight and straightforward digital recreation of the classic pen-and-paper game Tic-tac-toe. Built with efficiency in mind for older Android hardware, the app completely eliminates complex online network loops to focus entirely on local execution. It features a traditional 3x3 grid setup supporting two distinct sub-modes: a local Pass-and-Play tier for two human players on a single device, and a single-player mode challenging a localized offline computer AI.
