(2.1+) Launched during the early rise of "second screen" mobile entertainment, this application combined a personalized social TV programming guide with hardware remote functionalities. For older smartphones equipped with physical infrared (IR) blasters—as well as external hardware accessory blasters like Beacon—the utility acted as a universal remote control capable of commanding TVs, DVRs, and audio systems. The application integrated with early streaming libraries and cable networks to build customizable watchlists, push live viewing reminders, and allow users to tweet or share what they were watching.
