Description
(1.5+) Developed by the pioneering open-source collective OpenIntents, DroidSpray is a historic mobile novelty application built specifically to compete in Google's official 2009 Android Developer Challenge II (ADC2). The app turns the user's phone into a virtual spray paint can. To spray graffiti on the touch canvas, players must physically shake the smartphone to simulate mixing the paint ball inside a real aerosol can, relying on early accelerometer sensor APIs. Users can choose from varying color caps, adjust spray pressure patterns, and "spray" digital paint over an empty brick wall or local gallery pictures, making it a beloved piece of early Android platform experimentation.Screenshots
