Description

(4.0+) Developed by Chi Chi Games, this is a digital recreation of the classic "shocking electric pen" gag toy. Shifting away from physical pranks, the app functions as a randomized roulette or decision-maker for social gatherings. Multiple players place their fingers on the screen, and the virtual engine randomly selects one user to receive a dramatic on-screen "electric shock" visual and vibration feedback sequence. It was built to provide quick party entertainment without real hardware before its removal from main app repositories.
